Troubleshooting partner sync

Updates not showing up on your partner's device? Don't worry—here are quick steps to fix connection issues and get back in sync.

Check Internet Connection

Make sure both devices are connected to the internet. Try switching between WiFi and cellular data to test.

Pull to Refresh

On the home screen, pull down to force a sync. This fetches the latest data from our servers.

Re-link Accounts

If issues persist, go to Settings > Household and tap "Refresh Link". This re-establishes the connection without losing data.
